Interview Elaine Kahn for ‘Time Lost’

In the conversation that followed her reading of these poems, Elaine and I discuss writing intimacy in the pandemic and the relationship between religion and writing in a U.S.-context. Although these sociopolitical spheres are quite heavy at times, Elaine proposes poetic writing, and more specifically narration, as a tool for the imagination of a different world.
